David Mc Namara
David Mc Namara is a proprietary private equity investor with interests in chemical manufacturing, European real estate and in wealth management. David is also a debt financial markets specialist. He spent 21 years of his career (1987-2008) , mostly in London, at senior executive level, in the debt origination and trading divisions of major investment banks such as Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, JP Morgan and Scotia Capital. He served as non-executive director of Merrill Lynch International Bank from 2012-2015 and sat on its Risk Oversight and Audit committees. David serves as a non-executive director on several boards related to his proprietary investments.
David is a graduate of Law, Trinity College Dublin, [B.A. (Mod.) Leg. Sc.], and is a Master of Business Studies, M.B.S., specialising in Banking and Finance from University College Dublin and holds the Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
Frank Gaynor spent over 20 years with JP Morgan Chase including 10 years as Chief Executive of the bank’s business in Ireland, where he managed investment banking activity, originating and executing a wide range of debt capital markets and advisory transactions for both financial institutions and corporations. Frank subsequently spent three years with the Irish convenience food and ingredients’ company, Greencore Group plc as Group Capital Markets Director, with responsibility for Treasury, Funding and Investor Relations activities. He was subsequently with Collins Stewart and Colloco Capital Markets engaged in the areas of hybrid capital origination for European financial institutions and general corporate debt advisory. Frank is a B.Comm graduate of University College Dublin.
